The almond sheller is now operational at Nutstrum’s facilities

We are pleased to announce that the new almond sheller is now up and running at Nutstrum’s facilities in Albesa —a significant milestone in the consolidation of our project. This equipment allows us to process almonds with greater autonomy, efficiency, and quality control, reinforcing our commitment to organic production, deeply rooted in the territory and respectful of biodiversity.

This investment has been made possible thanks to a grant under the LEADER participatory local development program, within the framework of the CAP Strategic Plan 2023-2027, aimed at supporting initiatives that strengthen the economy and sustainability of rural areas.

With this new infrastructure, Nutstrum gains the capacity to keep more of the production process within the territory, ensuring the traceability and quality of every almond. This is another step forward in safeguarding the continuity of family farming and adding value to an organic product that is born from care for the land.
